How It Started
In early 2024, Chase Miller acquired a beloved local institution known for years as The Bargain Store. The shop had served Edwardsburg and the surrounding Michiana community with honest pricing and a relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere.
Chase saw an opportunity to build on that foundation and expand into the things Michiana families actually need: sturdy Amish-built portable buildings for extra storage and workspaces, aluminum trailers made right here in Michigan, and premium brand appliances at scratch-and-dent savings that make a real difference in a household budget.
The mission has stayed simple since day one: be the kind of local business where your neighbor gives it to you straight, where rent-to-own means no hidden fees, and where the quality is something you can see and feel before you ever sign anything.

How We Got Here
Acquired The Bargain Store
Chase Miller purchased the established local retailer and began reimagining it as a full-service Michiana marketplace.
First portable building delivered
Partnered with Avery B&B Amish builders to bring quality Amish-built structures to the Edwardsburg showroom.
Added Michigan-made trailers
Expanded inventory with all-aluminum trailers built right here in Michigan — utility, car hauler, and landscape styles.
Full Michiana lineup complete
Outdoor furniture, scratch-and-dent appliances, cabinetry, and U-Haul rentals rounded out Miller's Marketplace into the full-service local resource it is today.
