What to Expect on Delivery Day

We call 24 hours ahead
We confirm your delivery window the day before so you can plan accordingly. We won't show up unannounced.
Clear a 12-foot-wide path
Our delivery truck needs clearance to reach your site. A 12-foot-wide path from the road to your spot is ideal.
Mark your spot
Stake out exactly where you want the building placed before we arrive. The more precise, the better.
We place it exactly where you want
Our driver uses a special mule to set the building precisely on your site. Adjustments can be made on the spot.

A little preparation goes a long way. Here is what we recommend before your delivery day:

Level ground within 3 inches from one end to the other.
Clear vegetation, roots, and debris from the placement area.
Confirm overhead clearance — taller buildings need more vertical space for delivery.
Have someone present at the property to direct placement.

Is delivery free?: Delivery is free within 50 miles of our Edwardsburg location. Longer distances are available for an additional fee — contact us for a quote.
What if my lot has weight or access restrictions?: Contact us before scheduling. We can assess your site and let you know if there are any challenges. We've delivered to tight spaces before.
Can you deliver to a tight or narrow space?: We use a dedicated mule for precision placement. Many challenging sites are no problem. Send us photos or a description and we can advise you.
How do I schedule delivery?: Once your building is paid or a rent-to-own agreement is signed, we coordinate delivery directly with you. Most deliveries happen within 1-2 weeks.
What if the building is damaged during delivery?: We stand behind every delivery. If anything is damaged in transit, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
