Do I need a credit check for rent-to-own?

No. Rent-to-own for portable buildings requires no credit check and no down payment.

Do I need a credit check for appliance lease-to-own?

No. Lease-to-own for appliances is available to everyone regardless of credit history.

Is there a down payment?

No down payment is required on either program.

Can I pay off my building or appliance early?

Yes. Early buyouts are available for both programs. You save on the remaining rental or lease premium.

What is the total cost if I rent-to-own?

The total cost equals your monthly payment times the number of months. Payments are based on the item price multiplied by 1.6 (the rental premium), divided by your chosen term.

What terms are available?

We offer 12, 24, 36, 48, and 60 month terms for rent-to-own buildings. Appliance lease terms vary — ask us.

Can I customize a building on rent-to-own?

Yes. Color and add-on options are available on all rent-to-own buildings.

What if I miss a payment?

Contact us immediately. We are neighbors, not a collection agency. We will work with you.

What if I need to return the building?

After 6 months, you may return the building. We will schedule pick-up.

How long does delivery take after signing?

Usually within 1-2 weeks for buildings. Appliances are taken home same day.
